But if we stay in the summer season, Kor\u00e7a offers many options that will make you appreciate summer vacations in the mountains.<\/p>\n
At a time when temperatures exceed 40 degrees, Kor\u00e7a is the best option to spend a few days among the clean air, freshness, and tranquility that this city offers, a perfect place to relax and start a new season.<\/p>\n
For all hiking enthusiasts, Kor\u00e7a offers you many opportunities for hiking and walking in nature where you can explore some of the area\u2019s attractions, such as Morava Mountain, the National Park of Drenova Fir, or the hills of the city that make up its crown. Their proximity to the city gives them the appearance of a balcony quite attractive to the eye of a visitor. As a favorite destination in all seasons of the year, the city of Kor\u00e7a also offers several attractions both within the city and in the surrounding areas. In the city, you can enjoy the characteristic bazaar, a monument of cultural heritage that includes 33 blocks of shops, 6 of which are taverns. The buildings are an architectural ensemble that are interconnected by cobbled streets. In this city, you can find also the first Albanian school, the clock tower, and different museums with historical and cultural values.<\/p>\n

The activities are spread throughout the whole year and culminate in August with the Beer Festival, a long-standing tradition that transforms Kor\u00e7a into one of the most favorite cities in Albania.<\/p>\n
Another important event that has already become a tradition is the Food Festival which is organized in the summer period and promotes the traditional dishes of Kor\u00e7a. This year, part of the Food Festival was also a typical food of this city known as Lakrori, cooked in a very specific way, that you can find only in this area.<\/p>\n
