The theme “Happiness is Home” brought the guests together to experience the concept behind this unique tourist residence in Albania. During the “Villa Tour,” guests of Belvedere Korça were introduced to the various types of villas, each named to represent the culture and tradition of the area, such as Vila Serenata, Vatra, Bora, Dardha, or Voskopolis. At the end of the tour, guests selected the type of villa they would like to stay in on their next visit to Belvedere Korça, with some even choosing the villa they would like to own.
The architecture of the project, which respects the traditional Korça city elements such as stone surrounding walls, decorative works, wooden doors, and Venetian shutters, was highly appreciated, especially by those who were particularly passionate about mountain residences.
Situated amid lush greenery near Rinia Park, the villas were admired not only for their surroundings but also for their innovative use of Passive House technology. This technology ensures high energy efficiency, keeping the interior spaces cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Amid tranquility, fresh air, and orientation that allows fantastic views of the park and the city, the friends of Belvedere Korça enjoyed the variety and authenticity of Korça’s cuisine.
The night was long and exhilarating for the guests at Belvedere Korça. From serenades and guitar tunes to humorous moments and dances from the ’80s and ’90s, the atmosphere was lively as the artist’s guests couldn’t remain indifferent on such an evening. Orgesa, Venera, and Lindi provided fantastic moments with the songs they performed, joined by Fjodora, Drini, and Alma, who also tried singing.
The villas’ excellent infrastructure and prime location in the heart of Korça allowed guests to pursue their favorite activities during their stay, like practicing yoga in the yard, taking leisurely walks in Rinia Park, or visiting the Museum of Medieval Art.
